My Friends 98 Cl........ MOD?
he has a little square looking thing after the Intake manny but before the CAI and it sounds like a Turbo Whistle kinda sound!

they most likely make that for our car cause his engine was a 3.0
anybody know what that is and where i can get one!

I hope its not an electric 'turbo'... If it is then you should get two. Would work much better!

its a spacer. the inside of it is curved id a way giving it that noise. we dont have one that makes noise. stupid imo.

The same gains that a p2r spacer gives (1-2hp) but his just makes noise bc of the grooves inside the spacer
