thx that diffuser looks nice, not too flashy but finishes it off...and for the clamping of the two pieces back together, we used those clamps and they worked really well, no leaks at all even here in humid Tennessee

nah, put em in the oven on 225 for some time (see soopa's directions) then that wasnt hot enough to just rip em apart, so cranked it to 250, take them out quick after about 45 seconds or else it gets too hot but then they come right apart, then just put the clear diffuser in, cut off the excess factory silicone, and put new silicone around them and clamp, leave over night, steam test in bathroom, then install them..little time consuming, but worth it and straightforward to take off the bumper and remove lights, that only took about 20 minutes

Thx for the replies guys, the actual work involved was about 4 hours, we had to leave the lights overnight in order to let the silicone dry, but 2 of us working and not afraid to kick some ass in ripping it apart makes it quick, seems like it is an new CAI design, pretty easy to get in and so far, no leaks. Had to take battery out for intake install, cleared up some room anyway if it wasn't completely necessary, also to perform the ECU reprogram (always a subject of debate anyway)

Damn, for a second I thought you got into a wreck or something just by viewing the thumbnails. You really stripped the down to get those two installed huh. Good clean install, you learn a lot from curiosity

Yeah, thought it looked really funny to see the car so torn up after disassembling for about 20 minutes, so I took a picture heh heh, just a tad disconcerting to really see the inside of the bumper: a piece of styrofoam!
