My first and only race.
My first and only race.
Last night I found a Mustang convertable that wanted to race. So what the hell, I think to myself. I was never real big on racing. I turned off the the VSA and lanched at 2000 RPM. From 0 to 70 I beat the guy by one and half car lengths. This leads me to believe it was a six-cylinder. I feel sorry for the guy. I don't understand why anyone would buy a car like that.
I have also raced a Supra TT with mods but that doesn't count. The guy is a friend and he just destroys me with that car. His Supra is a 3 speed auto and every once and a while I catch him in the lagging part of his power curve. But when the boost kicks in he just blow right by.
So official I am 1-1 in racing.

On second thought, I guess it could have been a GT, it was the older style. Is it possible that I could beat an older GT? I seem to recall that the mid 90s and older mustangs did not have alot of power.
Damn I wish I would have taken a better look at his car, but he was behind me the whole time.
hehe
