Just a pic of my Acura new to the site and am looking for some parts and info when I need it. It has a full comptech exhaust and lowered on springs with bbs rims. Minor tint and slight tranny issues I feel bit everyone else says its fine. Bit I daily it from Roseville to walnut creek. It's time for new shocks and upgrade to coils so feel free to give me a piece of mind. Thanks for looking all.

lol u feel transmission problems yet addressing it or what will happen is not in your sights??

that thing is gonna crap out the second u get too comfortable.

when i bought my car with 81000kms it only took another 15000kms for the trans to shit the bed... which came out of absolutely nowhere.

so address the trans if u think it's acting funny. or else it will leave u stranded or worse

 

Yea, I've had multiple people say it was fine. In the morninit shifts kinda hard into 2nd and 3rd and I feel little jerks almost like a slip when steady on the gas. I'm not sure if it is the tranny or maybe just a miss in the engine. No codes idles fine.

 

Yep that's exactly how it happened to me. Then one days was getting off the highway and it starts slipping bad.. A bunch of lights came on.. And it was tranny time..

My guess is no one that told u it was ok has owned a CL cause if they did they'd be telling u like I am...

I will likely go when it gets hotter.. I guarantee it will be donezo by next summer at the best.
