My ACURA dealer HOOKED ME UP!

OK....my 2001 CLS was yet another victim of the bad tranny's..with just 14000 miles on it...
I took it to the dealer last thursday...left it there and have been driving in a P.O.S. Sebring Sedan for the last week....

I go to pick my car up today...and my man asks me if there were any accessories that i liked and didnt have for my CLS..
SO naturally, i told him that this wasnt necessary, and that i appreciated my car being finished with NEW tranny within a week...
But he insisted stating, "it is the least i can do"

My Man HOOKED ME UP,

Brand New out of the Box, Blackwood Steering wheel fo FREE!

Mad Props to John and Classic ACURA in Turnersville NJ.

i love the feel of the new wheel too!..

uh...what? did you go down on your service manager or something. I have yet to hear a good story about tranny swaps...it's usually them pushing back and not wanting to do it.

No wonder oil changes cost so damn much at the dealer. You realize they get their money from somewhere.

Hrmmm...my dealer only charges me $15.45 for an oil change. Although I do provide my own oil...which cost me...$37.00...

I'm under the impression that all Acura dealers had to give u a wash if u wanted it or atleast ask you if you want a car wash. I noticed that on the survey.

well..the car was pretty clean too when i went to pick it up....

My man John at Classic Acura only asked one favor of me...
"just fill out the survey"

i have to admit..he saved a customer for sure, because i wasnt so happy with the service on the tranny in the begining of the week...with the crappy loaner that i got, and he promised to get me into an acura loaner which never happened....
I was SHOCKED..he went from giving me mudguards to giving me the wheel....He offered me basically ANY accessory that i didnt all ready have on the car...i was thinking of the spolier..but i like it with out the wing
Awww SHUCKS...he was "all out of the mudguards"!!!!
now my blackwood trim is complete, and i like it alot.

Cool

Always nice to get a freebie. Oil changes are right around $40 at Acura of Seattle plus they do the free car washes. They use a damn auto washer though. :P
