Mudd Gaurds?
After looking at some of the pics of the cars up here, I have noticed that alot of people have left their mudd gaurds on.
I was wondering why you would keep them on?
Do they really help that much?
I took mine off a couple of weeks ago and I think the car looks alot better...

They serve a purpose...
I tried to get my window tint guy to wrap them in Vinyl that matched the color of the car but he had no luck...
I checked into getting them painted, but any high pressure water or stone chips will cause the paint to crack...
All depends on the climate you drive in... they save the rocker panels from getting really beat up... besides alot of guys run sticky tires and throw every piece of shit they run over on the side of the car.

Yeah, they do look much better when they match the car.
I figure that I can have them painted every year or so. Just remember that if you add enough flex agent and adhesion promoter, they will hold up much better to the stones.!!!!!

I do not mean to hijack your thread...but I was doing some searching on where I can buy mud guards, for the best price. I could not find anything on ebay, anywhere else I should look?

I now drive an accord....
I bought mine to save the side of the car and since my cars black they blend in pretty well.
You can buy them at www.c-c-c.net

Got if from the dealer when i bought the car. The black matches the anthracite pretty nicely and i feel they complete the look of the car around the wheel wheels.
