Mud/Splash Gaurds

Does anyone have mud gaurds on their 01' CL?
I saw it on a Toyota Solara and it looks very attractive. They were not the rubber flaps but molded and matched the body color. Know where i can get them?

I was told by my acura dealer that has a body shop and by my local paint shop that the paint would peel off this type of mudgaurd. The OEM mud gaurds are to soft/flexible of a plastic and the paint will crack and peel off with ease. the adhesive promoter used for the paint to stick on the plastic does not adhere too well to flexible plastic. If they are hard molded plastic then it would work. Had it done on my 98 Jetta VR6 and they are still painted with no problems.

I'd go to-

http://ahmotor.com/product/catologe.html

they're cheaper then the company mentioned above.

Yeah, buy them from AHmotor and get the wheel well guards as well. I have both and think they not only look good but are functional as well. Both are very easy to install.

I also got them from ahmotor. they are very nice and look great on a silver car. Would also look good on black and red. If you had a white car, I would try to get them painted.

i think they're worth it. if not for looks then for paint protection. they don't stop all the rocks and debris from kicking up but they do stop a lot of it. makes a big difference. less scratches and dings to the bottom half of your car. if you do paint them and they start peeling, you can always paint them again.
