Two that I have used
When I got my TL in 2004 I purchased it from the Frankel acura dealer in Timonium about 10 min from Towson (I lived there). Now I am over in Owings Mills and I go to the Noris Acura West dealer just by the 70 and 29 on the south west side of the city.
I never really liked Frankel. I was young when the car was new and I felt like I was never treated the same. I have had no complantes going to Noris Acura West.
The service guys are great. Rob is my favorite. One time there they accidently chipped my paint. It was a small chip that I would not have noticed for a while. However they went out of their way to get it fixed and make sure I was happy. I hope this helps. Welcome to Maryland

The reason why I switched to Noris was because I was having multiple electrical issues in the interior that Frankel would make excuses for and not fix. Upon my first visit to Noris they fixed all the problems. Is it worth the extra 30min drive for you? I don't know, I guess if you find a good service rep stay with them. Good luck

I haven't had experience with dealerships in the past 18 months or so because I do all my own maintenance and have not needed any repairs but I along with many others used Tischer Acura in Laurel religiously. I initially used Acura West in Ellicott City but after it took them 3 weeks to replace my transmission I gave up on them and started using Tischer and never looked back.

Frankel for scheduled maintenance (used them for my previous Legend Coupe and my '03 CL-S which just passed 154.5K miles) and Tischer for maintenance on my aftermarket suspension mods (although they have been shying away from this for the past year or so for new customers).

Frankel or Norris would be your best bet as far as distance goes. All the aforementioned dealerships are pretty damn far from towson. Moved for work I assume?
