More info on 19's please

Hello board! I would like to know more about installing 19's. I really want some big rims. What is the biggest tire that will fit with Comptech springs? I want at least 235's. What profiles will fit? I don't like the look of just a tiny bit of rubber. Will 40 series fit or 35? Can I see some pictures?

I think it was 35 on 19 if I recalled right. U can do search on it to make sure and I know there is a pic too.
