ok, well i have a few more questions about the CL.

1. i am gonna ask for an out the door price of $29,500 for Black Cl-S (non nav)w/ spoiler. KBB says my integra is worth $3800 on trade in, so im expecting $3000-$3800 on it. According to the Honda finance website, this will give me a monthly payment of $360-380.
Am i about right? am i asking too much or too little?

2. About my trade in..........my integra is just lowered, clear turn signals, and a midwing spoiler. will this affect my trade in? what should i do? i dont really want to remove the spoiler (it will leave holes) and itll look weird with stock springs (however, i kept the stock springs in case). what do you think?

3. also, should i go for blue? will it be a lot more than the black? im planning on buying at the end of May.

You might be better off selling a mildly modded car to a private party through auto trader or some one like that. Dealers generally will ding you for any non stock item. If you sell to a private party then it will be someone looking for what you have. Dealers are known for giving very little on trade ins.

yeah try sell it private first. post it for 4500 on auto trader and you might get lucky.
I would put stock springs back on , they dont like modded cars because they are a lot harder to sell.
if you do trade it in take the kbb print out with you and fight , cause they will lowball you so bad.
when I bought mine, I traded in a 2000 tacoma, bought it for a little over 18,000 . when I went he said we will give you 15 for it . I laughed showed him the printout for 16500 -> 17500 . we finally agreed on 17250. so dont seem to eager to buy the car. Otherwise they hold all the cards.

I traded in my '98 Ford Escort ZX2 when I bought my CL-S and the dealer didn't seem to care what I had on my car. I had taken two resonators off and had the car lowered and there was a HUGE scratch on my rear bumper. The car was worth about $12K at the time, but I still owed $14K on it. They agreed to pay off my $14K so I bought the CL-S. This was last September. I guess that was an isolated case cause I was totally expecting to get a nailed on my trade-in.

What I did with my lowered 240sx during trade-in was, I basically made a deal with the dealer without telling them that it was lowered, and after the deal, they asked me if it was lowered, and I said yes...Well if they wanted me to buy a 30,000 dollar car from them, they better not say anything about a lowered car...I just gave them my stock springs, and basically let them take care of it...

cool.......maybe ill just be firm like the other guy said.......just give them the stock springs and tell them to raise it themselves.......and show them the printed out KBB report.

i say is a ok price....u can try make it even lower...cus i got the same price last year NOV...i think it should be even lower now...tryna fuk with their head...when u have the money with u...they wont let u go that easy =p

If you go with black be ready to do some work. Black paint is a pain sometimes. Every little swirl, ding, rock chip, looks 10x worse on black.
