Go to Park Ave Acura in Maywood, NJ. Wayne Pete, Jens are the most respected people over on this board. They are really nice people. Get headers, then sways for your car.

If you have the cash it would be a toss up between the headers, and suspension (Tires, Springs, Sways) Headers will give u the performance, but the suspension will give u the looks, and handling. All up to you. If you have the cash do both

If money is of no concern I say you first go for a custom twin turbo kit with level 10 tranny and torque converter upgrades.
Or just go with the usual bolt-ons: intake, headers, and exhaust. And don't forget springs, get rid of the SUV look ASAP.

First thing I noticed was to much body roll! Suspension redo was my first mod them custom built CAI, and I have finally broken down and bought the headers. Yea for me right!? Will be going to the drags this Sunday so will see what difference the headers made! Congrats on your new CL-S!

Yeah, what blazerbob1 said. First, do the suspension mods--sways, tie bar, springs, and Koni shocks if you got the $$ (the OEM shocks are cheesy.)
Having headers is cool (they were the last mod I had done), but not nearly as cost effective in the "fun for your buck" department as having a nicely tuned suspension. A CAI is probably the most cost effective way of getting some more HP; axle back exhausts are waay down on the list. Although, the new Mugen exhaust seems kinda promising (but weird-looking), it costs mucho $$$$.

Chris,
I noticed in your sig that you have a NAVI, yet you upgraded your tires to 225/40-18's. According to the Tire Size Difference Calculator, you're supposed to get a 1.58% lower reading on your speedometer due to the new rubber. Other than, "Gee, officer, my speedometer didn't say I was going 90, it only read 88.6 mph..." , I'm thinkin' that your NAVI has to have been affected as well. How's your NAVI been behaving since you changed from the 215/50-17 OEM tires?
BTW, I do agree with "Red" -- good rubber (read: Toyo Proxes) is really a plus -- probably my final "handling" mod. The problem is that my factory Michelins seem like they're going to run for freakin' ever before I see any wear on them! Then there's the question of rims, and not just for stylin', but going to a LIGHTER wheel gives you lower unsprung weight and subsequently better handling. So BEFORE you change your tires, ya better decide if you're gonna keep the bloated OEM rims on the car. Simple decision, huh?
