...bought my 03 CL-S 6. Noticed that the trunk trim inside the trunk is missing. Its the cover that covers up the rear underside of the rear speakers (underneath the third brake light area/above the trunk area

btw its under the bottom of the menu on left under "Trunk Lid" above "Wheels"

 

inside the trunk looking upwards? where the torsion bars are for the trunk and speakers and brake light??

there is nothing there but metal sir. at least in my car.

only trim piece there is inside the car behind the rear seats.

there only are trim pieces on the inside of the trunk lid. and on the inside of the trunk (the sides) nothing on the top inside the trunk ..

(on my car at lease)

 

That is correct. There is nothing on the underside of the rear deck. Where the speakers, brake light & torsion bars are.
What you linked is the trunk lid lining. That is the carpet on the actual underside of the trunk lid.
