Mayday! What are sway bar torque values?

Mayday! What are sway bar torque values?
I have the Helms, but cannot find bolt torque values for the bushing retainers and the end links.

Can anyone help please?

End links: 28 Lb.ft Bushings: 29 lb.ft.

4 to 8 inch over the last weekend.. melting fast. You mean Hanover, NH? near Lebanon? Is it Dartmouth college?
