I still wonder sometimes if a professional driver who knows the car and its limits, could get away from the cops if they don't cheat w/ spikes or choppers.

i think that a NON- professional driver could get away if they didnt use choppers and spikes.... hell i remember one of those "worlds craziest..." the cop said that most people they catch on bikes must be stupid b/c there is no way a cruiser could keep up with or catch a bike. granted we are talking about cars here but i think the same applies to a degree.
