When are you suppose to replace the wire set, air & fuel filter on 2002 CL?

The CL doesn't use "wires". It's coil on plug.
The CL's fuel filter is NOT a service item. It's attached to the fuel pump & the fuel pump is in the gas tank. Replacement requires a new fuel pump.
Air filter depends on where & how you drive, as well as what type of filter. Figure every 15-30K miles
