Made a couple of runs in MD this weekend

This post is not intended to flame, insult or create any arguements, it's simply a follow-up that I was asked to make on the TL-forum, and from a fellow on this forum...
---------------------------------------------
I was a part of a Natiowide Maxima meet that was held at 75-80 dragway in Monrovia, MD. The track isn't the best that I've run at, as it has a slight upgrade to it, as well as a dip or two. Small track, with a "home" type of atmosphere to it.
I only made two passes, and I didn't want to partake in the elimintations (didn't want to make the missus angry for leaving her alone too much).
The conditions weren't the same, it was about 85 drgrees on saturday, and at an elevation of about 500 ft (seemed higher than that to me, but I was told that was the elevation) I managed to run .3 slower than I do at E-town regularly. Some of that due to more weight (I had over 1/2 tank of fuel), and the higher temps.
Both runs were solidly in the 14.7 range. The first a 14.726 @ 94.42 mph with a 2.15 60 ft time, the second was a 14.711 @ 95.49 on a 2.11 60 ft time.
Considering that it was some 40 degrees hotter than my E-town runs, and the fact that I was about 50lbs heavier (gas and baggage in the trunk) and running on a slight uphill grade, I'm impressed. Since my E-town runs, I've added the aftermarket Bypass Valves and a drop in K&N filter. I think that back at E-town I'll be able to pull off a some 14.3's-14.2's with ease.
On both runs, I raced a guy in a Blue CL-S. Beautiful car. From start to finish I owned him. His best time was a 15.04 @94.35 on a 2.3 60 ft time. I killed him on the launch (.2 better 60 ft time) then right when I shifted second, he gained a little ground, but I already had about 3-4 cars on him.
I was surprised at how loud his car was, he might have had an intake on it, I could hear his engine growling from behind me.

Nice runs, what mods do you have?
A stock CLS with a CAI would be at 15s mark dead even in a hot day...

please fill us more on your mods

Whoops, should've clarified a bit more.
My car is a '00 Audi A6 2.7T 6 spd. 99% stock, just aftermarket BPV's and a drop in K&N panel filter.
I posted here because of the S4vs. TL-S drama a few weeks ago. One of the guys here read it, and asked about how quick my car was (can't remember who it was) So I posted my results here and on the TL forum.

JimW, I posted on the tl forum as a reply to your post, good runs, love that 2.7t,my reaction times were horrible in the beginning, how heavy is your car by the way? our cl-s weighs 3500-3600 lbs, and being the first time that I've drag raced, it wasn't too shabby. I hope to get into the 14's consitantly once I get headers.

I saw your post there, replied to it also.
The 2.7T is heavy, and combined with a 220lb driver, we weigh in on the E-town scales at 4080 lbs. On saturday, I had just over 1/2 tank of fuel, and some luggage in the trunk, so I probably weighed abou 4150 or so. Brings a new meaning to the term "Heavy Metal" She's a tad chubby, sad to say. But hey, she does move out for a fat chick, don't she?? :p
