M3 or M5 lip spoiler on CLS

has this been done? I know Jrbean has it on his TL... is it flexible material that will most likely be able to bend and fit?

Yes it's very flexible & will bend. I have it on my MilleniaS, and trunk on the MilleniaS curves upward.
