Lubed up CT sway bar bushings today
Boy was that easy! Maybe 15 minutes from start to finish, including jacking the car up. The polyurethane bushings are split, so you can just slide them over and pull them off after taking the metal brackets off. No need to take the sway bar off.
I just used automotive grease, so I'll see how long it holds out.
I've put about 32k miles on my car since they were installed, and have been spraying silicone on the bushings every couple weeks for the last few months due to squeaking. The teflon tape had worn off over time.
Hope this helps someone in a future search.

Lubing the CT bushings.....
I haven't had the squeak but one time. Been using silicone spray ever since--about once every 6 to 8 months and it is a snap. I simply climb under and "shoot it". Keeps all very quiet.
