not by much though, this dude i met at a pool hall wanted to race me he had a 02 civic pretty nice looking on rims and had an exhaust and stuff. Said it wasnt modded much so i raced him. We went from a roll at 20. I have an auto so thats why he beat me id say. Redlining out of first got him the lead. but i was less than a car length behind i dont know what happened.

btw wat does it mean when everytime he shifts flames come out the exhaust?

2.2 CL and i doubt he had nos. If so it wasnt working lol. Oh he also said he built the motor himself in the car. Said it wasnt vtec. started being an ass and shit. Making jokes and what not. Had me wanting to beat the fuck out of him,

yeah flames generally means not stock

 

yea he probably built a monster..and gets his kicks by racing people that have no chance..=/

 

flames is unburnt fuel getting 'shot' out, however, he could also have some stupid ass system designed to make flames. usually stock cars won't get them as the flames are diffused through the exhaust piping (cat, muffs), making me believe his car is straight-piped..

 

definitly wasn't lightly modded, i've spanked many modded civics from each generation. the 02 gen coupe i raced was an ex with sponsor stickers all down his door with rims, body kit, cf hood, ect ect. i pulled 2 1/2 cars on him in about 1/4 mile race from a dig.
