i've lost my owner's manual and was wondering if any body can help tell me how much atf i should put in my 2002 acura cl

R U adding fluid or changing fluid?
When u pull the tranny nut 3 quarts will come out but our trannies hold 7+.
so when changing , If you want to change all the fluid you have to drain 3 then add 3 drive, drain 3 add 3 then drive drain 3 add 3 then drive.
DLR charges $100 to drain 3 and add 3 and its easier then a oil change!

 

And if you only drain 3 the fluid looks the same. I did mine a few months ago, fluid was black, 3 quarts later still black.

One good thing that came from replacing the rear main seal was draining all the fluid (and replacing the seal)
