Honestly... my car isn't for sale yet, but it has 68,000 miles on it and I'll be installing a new battery, new tires, and new brakes before the end of the month. Great condition. The mileage got racked up driving to new jersey to see my girlfriend every weekend (280 miles round trip) plus I now have a 80 mile round trip commute to work. Make me an offer.

Unless it has a salvage title you aren't getting a CL-S 6MT for 10k.
I'm sorry but if 10K is your range you are on the wrong forum unless you want a high-mileage '01-'02 CL-S automatic.

Hard to believe.. There must be something wrong with them or salvage/rebuilt titles or they have hook up to auction. No way would I ever let my car go for 10K. I'll just drive it til it blows up.

You have to use the Poor condition value 'cause it has a branded title (salvage)...
To use the Excellent, Fair, or Good condition value, "the vehicle has a clean title history"
I was just looking at my KBB late night... 03 6spd. One owner (me). Clean Title and Carfax report. 53K miles... "Good Condition" (might be excellent, but I like to be realistic) 13.4K trade in, 16.2K private sale, 20K retail...
So my car with a clean title is worth 13-16K, but yours with a salvage title is worth 18K ??
No way you're going to get anyone to pay 18K for a CL with a salvage title, when someone can buy one with a clean title for cheaper.
I'd guess your CL might be worth what you paid for it (maybe less).

So you bought a car with a theft salvage title and expect it to be close to $18,000? A salvage title on a car like this can cut close to half the price. Realistically, you're probably looking $10-12,000.

Believe what you will, but most people won't even consider buying a car with a salvage title...
You may not be selling the car (now), but as soon as you mentioned "my car is worth xxx", you opened the discussion to value. A cars value is only worth what someone else will pay for it. And with a salvage title, that ain't much...
