Hey all.
I'm wanting to swap out my 01's headlight lenses for the 03's cause the smoked lens would look friggin sweet against the nighthawk black and my housings are getting oxidized too

the 03s are actually not smoked. only the chrome trim part of the 01s is a darker charcoal colored plastic. they come up on ebay and are in the black market sometimes. go for it!

This is a really newbish question, but can we just black out our 01 housings? Or has something fundamentally changed in the housings between an 01 CL and an 03 CL that we need to buy the 03 to get that look?
