Well, after not having much luck at the dealer and not wanting to pay $50+ from Snook, a helpful rep. from ahmotor was able to locate the part number for the 03 harnesses and I received them about two days later.

Here's what you need:

Part # 33503-S3M-A11 Socket Comp (need 2 of these)
Bulbs are #1157

Best part of all:
The harnesses were 11$ each and the bulbs were 1.99 for two.

Now, finally, I don't have bulbs hanging in my tailights.
