Boy, did this topic go to hell in a handbasket. I remember years ago they started calling Japanese bikes 'ricer or rice burner'. So I'm sure it just stuck to all asian products and moved over to the cars later on. I'm of German decent and had to grow up with people calling me a kraut but I didn't get bent out of shape over it. The language is always evolving. People need to get over it. Americans used to be a fun people. I'm starting to have my doubts lately.
