Little River Track
hey guys,
i went with a few friends tonight to the little river track near belton/temple tx. all i have to say is...it was pretty damn disgusting. the weather was hot, and even more humid. saw a 3 week old srt-4 run a 14.5, not too bad, but what i was most disappointed with was a blue rsx-s and a brand new 4 week old sti. the rsx-s' best time was 16.5 and the sti's best time was 15.04 :o. it really sucked to watch those cars run such a slow 1/4, but i DID get to see a couple of nice hatches with some b16 swaps runnin mid 13's. oh yeah, there were quite a few bikes, a few busa's, a couple of cbr's and a couple zx6r's.
oooo, before i forget, as soon as i got to the track, a new r6 was at the line with a 600rr (i think that's what it was), and apparently the r6 rider was new because he stalled when the light went green then tried to save himself by taking off, but hit the throttle too hard and flipped his bike. it really hurt to see the bike crash like that. but anyways, hope you guys enjoyed some of the information and hopefully you guys don't see such ugly performances around.
