...little help?
what causes the whirring/groaning sound right after you start the CL-S just as you begin to drive? it always does it twice. i hope it is normal...

its normal. It the ABS powr-up/self test.

thanks for the info. i read the entire owners manual but didn't remember reading anything about that. perhaps i overlooked it.

yeah, I get the same thing. I've heard the same explanation. I kind of like the sound. Makes the car seem a little human.
