Call a few independent shop and be sure to compare apples to apples. If you find that a shop wants $250 to do an intermidiate service and dealer wants $275, they will usually match it, just ask and advise. Be sure to ask for Elias. He's the best to work with.

On second thought Keyes sucks in my opinion. I took my car there last friday for a 60K service and my car was there 4hrs and instead of calling me and telling me that there are some other things that needed to be done while their doing the service (changing a hose that is leaking coolant, throttle body service) among other things they wait till its time for me to pay to tell me these things so I would have to bring it back and they could start the labor charges over again. Not only that but they lost my oil dipstick and would have let me drive off without one if I didn't make a big deal about it. This is by far the worst dealer service I have ever had and I have had in excess of 10 cars in my lifetime. Maybe their better if your car is under warranty but mine isn't and needless to say I won't be going back there. I had previously taken my car to another dealership that is 100 times better than this one and the only reason I took it to Keyes is it happened to be more convienent to were I work now.
