Lip Spoiler install?

Lip Spoiler install?
I was wondering if there is a DIY on installing the M5 lip spoilers I see on pictures around here. Just wondering because I can get one relatively cheap unpainted but don't want to get charged out the ass just to install something simple like that. I've also read that the trunk springs need to be replaced because of the added weight. However, is this really a big problem for people here? I wouldn't mind just opening my trunk manually if it's gonna save me a couple hundred bucks.

The trunk is a tad bit heavier, but if you raise it all the way and not halfway, it won't come back down. The trunk will still open with the internal release.
And the install is pretty easy...just make sure you're meticulous when you're following the line of the trunk. Mine looks pretty flawless, but only I notice that a few imperfections on the install.
I got the painted knockoff by the way.
