I sometimes hear a noise either after I turn on the car or sometimes when I'm idling I sounds like its kinda tapping or something.I know there is nothing wronge with my car but I hate that noise,sometime I don't hear it at all espcially while driving it goes away.Sounds like a chain or something,my friend told me its normal or it just the injectors.Is the normal for my car?????Is your car completely quiet????What can this be??any clues???My boy says its not important.I'm just so maticulous about my engine.Thanks all

Remember all the noise ain't that loud and I don't hear it all the time just most of the time.

 

Sounds like a ticking?

EVAP. Some type of emissions valve. Pop your hood with the car on and listen by the firewall on the drivers side, you should hear it pretty loud. You'll be able to trace the noise to a little black canister attached to your firewall. Its normal, and unfortunately, can't be fixed. All CLs do it
