Lemon Law Question

In general - can you lemon law a car that you have already sold? In short - I had a Ford F150 that I should have pursued on a lemon law ... but figured it was too much hassle, sold it and lost my a$$. Do I have any chance at proving it was a lemon and then trying to recovered the net amount that I lost on my trade of that lemon vehicle?

I know it is a long shot, but you guys will keep me honest as my CL-S was $8K more as a result of that dumb move on my part ... I was so ticked at Ford I just wanted OUT ...

Nope. You actually have to "own" the car to lemon law it. Once you are no longer financially responsible for the vehicle you're SOL.
