you can not do the dash with LEDS, it takes alot of work and they are not just plug in type of bulbs, u need to solder about 100 leds to make it work

i tried it, it came out like this

they burnt out constantly, and that was with the right resistance. it was just too many leds. it looked nice for a few weeks, then just went to shit

the climate and radio is the same thing, except there is no green backing to remove, just solder the leds in place of the bulbs

yes acetone is the only way to remove the green back from the gauge cluster, lots of work and just makes a mess

So all and all, it looks awesome (for a short time), but not worth the effort, correct ?

chopper - it definetly isn't worth it, unless you like pulling your cluster every few weeks to replace leds when they blow

yes i did the entire car

I always thought that LED's were suppose to be better and last longer than normal bulbs because they emit less heat and require less energy.

Is there something I'm missing here?

that is true, which is why honda uses LED's on all of their new gauge clusters, but for some reason i just couldn't get it to work and neither could a few other people that tried it

What size are those ones for the map/dome/door lights?
Will those fit for us? The ones I'm using now just are bright/blue enough and those seem to be must brighter.
