Lease rates...

Hi ,
is anybody here lesing a car, or you all bought yours?
I am thinking of leasing it by the end of the month.
What are the rates that you are paying?
Also, how does modifying the car work with the lease?

Thanks

I just got a lease on Saturday. A 2002 CL-S non Nav in silver.

$1500 Down
15K miles a year
39 months
About $390 a month plus tax = about $416 a month.

Credit is not the greatest

They work just the same as if you had purchased the car.

Seriously though, if you really want to mod, leasing may not be the best option. (Unless you plan to keep the car at the end of your lease period...)

You will more than likely have to uninstall your modifications prior to turning in the leasing company's vehicle.

Mine came bone stock no spolier or anything. It's leased, so that's why the only engine mods I have done & are willing to do are adding the neuspeed strut bar, & a stock size K&N filter. Both can be removed. The whole CAI thing isn't good for me. I'd have too keep the box, & know how to put everything back together. Like it was said before, You can do anything to the car, but it needs to be removed prior to returning it.
The exterior mods I am doing are the moonroof visor(removable), Painted mud flaps(removable), & a sub box(removable. The only 2 mods that cannot be removed, & I see no reason for Acura to charge me at the end for them are a spolier(Acura factory part installed at the dealer) & the 15% window tint.
