Last night 1/4 miles track times

Last night, Wife and I agreed to go to the drag strip. I cleaned my trunk, kept the spare tire and drove 45 miles to the drag strip.

We arrived at 6:10 PM. Tech Inspection starts at 5:00 PM and races at 6:00 PM. Wednesday is reserved for street-legal only cars with no slick.

The track was full of Camaros, Corvettes and WRX, and a lot of civics and integras. I saw only 1st Gen CL, 1 19s Ambulance van and some POS neons

It was a very crowded place....I could only have 1 run each 40-50 mins. A total of 3 runs, before the wife get bored and kicked my ass...

Anyways, back to the runs:

Temprature: 85 and cooled to 75 (CLS sensor).
Relative Humdidity: 85% (weather.com site)

Run #1, SS shifting to 3rd at 6.8k-6.9k, No VSA:

7:07 PM
-------
R/T 0.784
60' 2.323
330 6.487
1/8 9.841
MPH 73.50
1000 12.742
1/4 15.189
MPH 92.30

Wife decided to have a ride ...

Run #2, WITH WIFE in D3, VSA off:

7:47 PM
-------
R/T 1.194
60' 2.431
330 6.658
1/8 10.055
MPH 72.35
1000 13.00
1/4 15.479
MPH 91.29

Finally, wife Okayed the last run.
I run against the same camaro in run #2, his ET was 13.745s @ 103.55 MPH.

(funny thing, I shifted to D4 from D2 but it was okay)

Run #3, no WIFE, in D1-D2-D3, VSA off:

8:39 PM
-------
R/T 0.509
60' 2.408
330 6.517
1/8 9.843
MPH 73.97
1000 12.730
1/4 15.171
MPH 92.46

Wife got mad, pulled me over and kicked my sorry ass, and instructed me to drive back home.

I know those aren't the greatest time, but I was satisified with the consistency of my times

Those are good times seeing as how the weather conditions were (pretty warm and humid) and basically being stock with intake, and having semi-heavy 18" rims
