Just wanted to say I'm still really loving my car
Only had my CL-S6 for about 9 months, but I've put 11k on it and I really love this car. The looks improved dramatically once I put the factory wing on the back. This car is absurdly cheap to own, operate, insure, and fuel for the amount of fun I'm having with it. The V2 XS headers and high flow cat really opened up the top end and the car is just a riot to daily drive, it's hilarious how hard it pulls to fuel cutoff for a low tech SOHC V6. My particular example is dead silent on the interstate without any vibration, the seats are some of the most comfortable I've ever sat in, and the drivetrain is just phenomenal for FWD platform...and with the intake/exhaust it makes some of the best noises this side of more exotic offerings. Fuel economy has been commendable. I get 25 around "town" and 29-31 depending on speed and how much I use the AC on the interstate.
I wanted something to daily that I didn't have to worry about that was relatively powerful, reliable as possible, fuel efficient, and cheap to own/operate. I literally can't think of anything else that does all the above so well for so little money
Anyway, I have gone ahead and done ALL the preventative maintenance. Timing belt, water pump, belts, hoses, clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, battery, valve adjustment, IAC valve, and spark plugs all done. I'm literally good to go for another 100k. I need to throw on my suspension and 18" SSRs and then she'll be complete .

I'm sure that GTR would make a nice DD while the CL sits in the garage.
Very glad to hear you're enjoying your car though.

^Ive heard from some that own a GTR that the interior is lacking. But the performance sure as hell isnt.
Its nice to see youre enjoying the CL.

Sounds really good with a CAI, don't ask me how I know.
Doing the 105k service really takes a load of the mind knowing that the engine is sound for another 100k or so. I just hope you did a complete 105k including the automatic tensioner, cam seals and spark plug tube seals.
I only drive my car a couple times a week currently and every time I get it in, it's a hoot. I actually miss it thoughout the week. The sound, speed, comfort and looks is what really does it for me.

I did do the complete 105k service. I didn't replace the cam seals, they hardly ever leak. Same for the plug barrel seals.
The GT-R has a very nice interior. It's about on par with a G37. Not quite what you would expect from other cars in the near 100k range, but certainly nice overall. I'll gladly give up a few soft touch surfaces for the performance per dollar of the GT-R. It's my most favorite car I've ever owned.

I'm glad you'are digging your CL. I've driven a lot of cars and for an FF I can say it feels a lot different than most (in a good way). After 90k miles and almost 6 year driving my CL-S, I don't think I'll ever sell this baby.

Yes to the VTEC comment!
Nothing better than laying down 400 ponies (with spray) and hearing that VTEC at 5 grand going insane! Hahahaha, I love it...
Too bad I keep procrastinating on buying a bigger bottle. For some reason, 10lbs just isn't enough from Saturday to Saturday!
