Just put on some HKS draggers

That I bought from a member on here, thanks bhurlbut!!!

Nuts already on the OEM exhaust were an absolute PITA to get off, and left to hang alone with the stock hangars these cans are f$%king low to the ground like a mofo. So I used a "secret mod" (ahem chris) and tried my luck at tucking them in a little bit more. The sound is pretty deep, I DEF underestimated the deepness, doesn't really drone at all and I get what people say about the noise dying out around 3k etc.

Here are some pics:

They look pretty big and I'm still trying ways to tuck them in a little bit more, I've been driving around all day so we'll see if I get used to them or not. My car needs some insane slammage, and I reallly really want this set of F2's I've had my eyes on for the past week...Soooo, if I end up getting tired of this system I'm just gonna say f@$k exhaust and just slam the bish.

^ yeah, unless you have killer speakers and a badass sound card, I doubt you can really capture the essence of the exhaust tone.

Yeah I'll taking some sound bits of the new exhaust in the morning but I doubt they will do them any justice, plus my camera licks balls anyways lol. I'm still trying to figure out how to angle or position them so they dont stick out from the side view too much...arggghhh

Lol just realized I said I'll taking...2 am drunk posts while playing wingman so your bud can get ass suck.

I'll do my best! Thanks for the compliments guys! You can still kind of see them poking out and that bugs the sh!t out of me so I'm going to try and tuck them a bit more, if I have to heat and manipulate the hangers so be it.

Like 1 year to get the coilover setup I wanted.

Another half a year to get them installed.

I'm eating through tires though...

lol yeah its been taking me that long too.. I've just had so many other more important things to spend my money on other than my car...like eating and stuff haha.

So yeah, F2's and a RSB are the only things left on my list of things to get for this car that I'm sure I won't regret or resell like 99.6% of all the other mods I've bought for her. Damn me for being picky, but I guess when it comes down to it, if you aren't picky about things like your car, results could be disastrous

How fast are you eating through tires? and why? lol

My camber and alignment are off.

I need to replace my passenger side rear knuckle.

Whoever owned the car prior to me...replaced it with an Accord knuckle.

That's what I discovered from my research and measurements.

So for anybody that wants to run more aggressive wheels...

Accord Knuckle mystery mods...

It's just a little smaller and my wheel tucks (No rub) in on that side where my driver's side is more towards being flush (Rub).

Well...there was no point to get an alignment since I didn't know how to replace the knuckle.

And as it turned out...the suspension wasn't an issue for the coilover install.

Wouldn't be much point because it'll still pull to the right.

Well thanks I guess I'll just have to check out all of my suspension before putting the coilovers on as an added precaution I suppose lol. 20/20 hindsight is a bitch ain't it

Would I need a camber kit with say, F2 T1 coilovers?

Yeah...doesn't matter the brand...matters the drop in relation to your wheel specs.

You won't know until you lower it...but more than likely you will need some camber kit.

So I've decided to keep the HKS around just a little while longer, sale thread is closed and we'll see if I can really learn to love how these puppies sing!
