Just Paid off my Loan ! ! ! ! **anyone else here have no car payment?**
It feels so good not to have a car payment anymore.
I paid it off in exactly 18 months.
How many people here have paid off their car?
How long did it take you?

Now keep making car payments to yourself, put it in a money market account or whatever, and next car just write a check for the whole thing. No more interest paid to anybody!!!

I did payments for about 12 months and then decided to pay mine off at about $20,200. Now i'm waiting for my title to come and then i'm thinking about trading it in for a six speed

Well if the FREAKIN' stock market would go up I could almost pay the thing off! As it is I have 58 payments left . My other car is totally paid off (1990 Accord EX 5-Speed)! I love that car! But as for the CL.... loooooong way away... This was my only chance however before kids and wife so I went for it! No regrets!!

Took a 20 minute test drive and wrote a HUGE check. I hate payments. Getting ready to pay off the house in a few months. I actually owe less on the house than the CLS cost. Man, that will be a relief. 15 years of payments on the house. Oh, it helped alot that the dealer gave me 8K on my 92 Accord coupe. Sieze ya.

I don't like payments either... to me, I rather either wait a bit 'til I have enough to pay off for the car I want, or just not buying and keep saving...... Why let the bank earning all the interests?? High on loans, low on savings... and they ain't gonna get a penny from me for car loan...
