Just Joined, Here's Some Pics

This would be my first thread so take it easy on me. I joined a little while ago when I was looking for advice on a CAI and now after looking at all your sweet rides I already have my next 5 purchases planned out. My bank account is going to be dried up because of this forum. Anyway I searched for the CAI I wanted and got a lot of helpful tips and even directions on how to install. I have no mechanical skills and I was able to install the intake in less than 2 hours, no thanks to Injen's directions. Everybody here seems pretty cool as far as I can tell, which member's got the best CL?
I wish I would have joined earlier, because as you will notice when you see my pics I purchased Exel wheels from Wheelmax, and have since read that it might not have been the best move. We'll see how they do. And yes don't worry I'm lowering her next weekend, Comptech. So anyway Thanks for the help on the CAI and post some more cool videos, those are my favorite.

Sound like your headin' in the right direction.

I love those wheels, even if they aren't the highest quality. I've been wanting that style in silver for a while. Those are 18s right?

Well the only one who actually would go around to other forums and find cool videos to link here was torqueholic and he has been banned for some reason...

WTF guys. why the fuck was he banned? I haven't seen any good videos in the forums for weeks... Pisses me off...

Welcome, the car looks nice. Get some sways next and maybe an intake, they're reasonably inexpensive and really change the car. Of course then you'll need better tires and so on

Exel... yeah knockoffs I guess? I thought they looked cool and didn't know any better. I did't pay much and didn't experience any hassle from Wheelmax so I'm cool with 'em.

Yeah I found out joining this site was probably a bad thing income wise, because now I want everything. I actualy have a CAI (Injen) already, and yes springs, tint, and sways are next.

welcome

your wheels look dope

if you want to lower your car alot i'd get diff springs than the comptechs, the eibach prokit is 100 dollars less, lowers the car more, and rides just as smooth if not smoother than the comptechs

lemme know if u need a place to buy the eibach pro kit or comptech springs from

Thanks for the input darrin. I have actually changed my mind between comptech and eibach springs about 10 times. I don't want to mess with camber adj. so I picked the comps.

How does a spring that lowers the car more help it ride even smoother than one that lowers it less. That makes no sense. Harshness and ride height are an inverse relationship.

Stiffer = Harsher...
