Look at the front end alone: the 2000 has a pointed, sharklike nose that appears to slope downward; this looks like it slopes upward, particularly w/ the line that goes across the belt, over the front fender and blends into the hood. I don't see how anyone cld confuse this w/ a s2000.

Ah very nice and good choice, well except for that slush box.
It does look like my wife will trade her E46 328i in for a Z4 3.0i 6-Speed manual next spring. We'll probably go ahead and work up the deal in January with an expected delivery in March; just in time for very nice top-down weather...
