Just bought a '03 CL-S

Ah yes, great to be here LOL... Just got myself a '03 CL Type-S, Black with Tan leather. Unfortunitly no Navi (i wish). A couple things, and i'm gonna jump on a search. Aftermarket Navi systems, where to get them, best place to mount them.. Tires, what are the fattest tires we can fit on the stock rims, im not feeling the 215's. Well i'm off to search just wanted to say what's up.

Orland Park area... any 3.2's cruising around this area? 159th st is always filled with a bunch of riced out cars, so some other ppl to cruise with would be cool.

Yes, but 235's are technically surposed to be on a 7.5" rim minimum, while the stock rim is 7".

If you buy tires from tirerack, don't them 'em what car/rim size you have. Some members here had tirerack refuse to sell them 235's

haha, the steak and shake crowd, i know it all too well.. Alot of buds go up there with muscle cars, but there are all too many cavaliers and crap too.. I had some kid tonight in a saturn saying he ran 12's pull out, and i followed. When i got next to him he refused to race me cause he "had a vacuum line messed up" LOL. Yea but i'm out and about on weekdays usually.. weekends is parties, clubs, or my place. Should be out monday night. I'll let you guys know for sure though.

Haha... No it's auto unfortunitly, i wish it was the 6spd. It's a 2dr Black with tan leather.

P.S. - I picked up a set of '01 rims the single spoke, not a fan of the double spokes, installing today hoping to get some 225's soon. I'll be selling the rims that were on the car if my bud doesnt buy them for his 3.2 non S type.

Speaking of transmission, it's already acting up, so i think it's going in on wednesday. So is the CD changer. I was also going to ask, there is alot of play in the dash and it rattles around alot on bumps, anything to tighten it up?

I'm hoping to get some pics up soon, but no luck with my digi cam. But... theres always that "but" im borrowing one today or tomorrow and we'll get some pics of the "Bad Ac" up. Be gentle on the judging it is swirled badly, i need to get a nice buffer and clean it up. Any recommendations on a nice scratch and swirl removing compound or such?

P.S. - The car is black

Ok, The Ac has officially been in the shop since wednesday the 17th, not expecting it back till this coming tuesday. They put a new CD changer in and they are installing a new tranny monday. Apparently this will be the 2nd one.. sad being an '03 with this low of miles and already 2 trannys.

The jeep grand C i had as a rental the 4WD went out on and it wouldnt move... yea... so now i have a '05 Chevy Colorado 4X4, and ive had some fun offroading so i supposed thats a plus, we all know u cant offroad or drive over stuff in an acura less of course its an MDX.

P.S. - Pics coming soon I PROMISE, when i get it back.

Some people I know visit the Steak & Shake crowd every once in a while too. I haven't been up there yet but will probably visit in the near future. I just recently got an '03 6spd so PM me and let me know when you all will be going up there.

Also, congrats on the car.
