Thanks for directing me to this site. Let's not forget our brothers at ClubRSX.com. What is all of the opinion about the CL-S having poor resale value? I think it is vested in the original CL, which was just a dressed up accord. Am I wrong about this? I need to know, as I plan on trading every 365 days. Dave.

It is definately not a dressed up accord. Only the platform is the same. The suspension is different. the engine is modded to 260hp. drive an accord and then drive one and you will see for yourself!

he's talking about the original CLs (pre-01)

I dont know about the previous CLs being dressed up accords cos they looked alot different then the accord coupe they had then. If anything the current models have alot more visual similarities with the accord coupe (and now even more so with the 03 models).

But the 97-00 CLs were just wimpy looking and definetly didnt carry any kind of 'legecy'. Meaning ppl who had those probably didnt flock to get the 01 model and the buyers of the current CL bought it solely on its characterists and couldve cared less what the previous model was like.

I personally didnt even know the 97-00 lineup were "CL" :o
