jaguar s type

anyone know of a good s type forum? im thinking of going from a type S to an S type. 4.0 of course. i love the look of the jag

yipes, why?? I could see swaping for the R Type or Type R etc., but not the S Type

for the 4 doors mostly. type r or r type is waaaay to $$$ for me. beautiful car though! is the s type slow even with the 4.0?

Hell no.. the 4.0 engine is great in the S-type. Dont let these girls tell you otherwise.. they just like talking about steak but never ate any.

The car weights nearly 3900 lbs AND it's an automatic.

So? Not everyone wants a sports car for life. Plus the v8 pushing that heavy car is good enough for most people. Edmunds says its 0-60 in 6.2.. now thats respectful for the size and weight of the car.

Do you like anything thats not a CLS?
