Did anyone else receive this survey from J.D. and Powers about the Navigation system in the CL? I got this long ass survey in the mail along with a one dollar bill. Guess that is suppose to be some incentive to fill out the survey. Just curious to know if anyone else got it

 

send it back emtpy and keep the bill.

I got one simillar but with 5 bucks. What a waste of time.

 

i had nothing better to do last night so i filled it out, they really do make those way too long, i don't understand what the point is in asking the same question 10 different ways. The whole survey could have been summed up into one page. Oh well i'm doing my part as a consumer, first and last time though

 

Hell yeah I got it. First they sent me one like 4 months ago that had a $1 bill. I took the money & ran. 2 months agao they sent me another one & that had $5. I took that money & filled it out. Now I got 3 letters from them saying they didn't get it back yet & would I fill it out & send it in. Don't know if they lost mine or not. I did my part. If I get another letter I will call them to demand they leave me alone.
