By the way, i'm a huge fan of the CL; always have been. That said - I'd rather dish cash into my car versus making monthly payments on something else everyone & their mother's are driving... In my neck of the woods, it's RARE to spot CL-S is awesome condition, let alone blown
... I like being in that small percentage!

Hell yeah, I feel the same.
With all the changes ,parts,maintenance I've could've bought another car.
9 out of 10 people I come across that ask,their best guess is my car is a TL. I find it funny everytime but, at the same time I like people not knowing what the car is.

... I like being in that small percentage!My goal for 2013 are to get this new motor in I just bought and have it turbo'd & tuned by spring! We shall see, I don't have many more parts to go though

Yeah I feel ya'll.
I would rather save up month by month and then spend it on upgrading a car that's paid off
rather than:
buying a car then paying monthly
and having to worry if adding extra parts will void warranty/etc or facing new problems you've never dealt with since it's a new type of car
Saving up then splurging is like a mini birthday present for your car!
If I had a great deal of money I would buy a factory fast car, and a car to build myself
I would rather save up month by month and then spend it on upgrading a car that's paid off

1) Lower the damn "hovercraft" just a bit;
Get some fancy slotted rotors and ceramic pads with the pretty RL calipers;
Get new rims that will allow those fancy brakes to fit;
Get headers/exhaust system;
Get a damn paint job....
