you know, in spite of his.....out-of-line remark, the guy kinda made a point....there are probably a good amount of MB enthusiasts that HATE the association the cars have with rappers, drug dealers, etcand HATE how certain people make them look like that when they buy them...and maybe it would be good for them to have a seperate forum for people that want to discuss huge spinner rims, etc.....obviously calling it "ghetto cruisers only" would be uncool, but i think there is a niche market out there for people who want to have cars that look like that...and then there are the rest of MB enthusiasts who hate it. i can see the guys comments were a bit harsh, but he did have a point...too bad he presented it in a kind of innappropriate way

 

I can understand the point about "hating the association" with rappers, drug dealers, etc., but these are not the only people that hook up their rides. Actors, athletes, singers (including pop and rock) as well as everyday shmoes hook up their rides. I personally don't think that people who want to put 20s, or powerful systems in their MBs should be segregated off. Maybe have wheel or system sections like most forums but not a general "I wanna hook my ride" or "ghetto" section. Thats just wrong (as you stated). Just don't ride the shit if it bothers you!
