are intakes on ebay for under$100 any good or are they garbage?
has anyone experienced buying one from ebay, i just dont want to spend $300 for intake and the prices im finding for full catback exhausts is like $600, am i mistaken or is this the price range for this stuff

air passing through a 3" alum tube that cost $300 can't tell the difference from air passing through a 3" alum. tube that cost $40. but if spending $300 casue it says AEM on it makes you feel better..... your an idiot. It makes no difference. The filter at the end of the tube is what makes a difference.

I think running a long tube like the AEM product is a good idea, a short tube is gonna feed hot engine air.
As for a catback, I'm just doing headers and sticking with the rest stock, the Type S already has a pretty high flow system, or so I've been told.
