Intake Question
I am aware that there are literally thousands of threads regarding the whole CAI v. Short intake and blah blah blah.
But I live in Minnesota, where it gets down to -20 degrees, -50 windchill on many occasions during the winters. Is there any such thing as it being TOO cold for a cai? Should I just stick to the short intake? It's garaged at night, but sits out all day while I'm at work.
Also, I know that with a cai, you don't need a bypass if you don't drive like a jackass. But going through a snow bank in MN is unavoidable. The cai isn't actually exposed is it? Going through a snow bank or two shouldn't give me hydrolock should it? I would rather not use a bypass if at all possible, but like I said, going through some snow banks are simply unavoidable.
I know threads SIMILAR to this come up often, but many searches couldn't quit answer my questions, so I appreciate your thoughts.
