Installing Stock Air Box
I'm going to be bringing in my cls into acura for a checkup and I want them to check the tranny because it's starting to go out. Every now and then it shifts really hard into 2nd and 3rd. It seems like the car is revving and the gear isn't catching. I was wondering if anyone had any pics of their stock air boxes because I need to remove my cai since I am bringing the car in. I don't want to have any warranty issues because of the cai. I remember how to take everything out. I just don't remember where all the hoses go. any help would be appreciated.

Overall, the laws governing warranties are very clear. The only time a new vehicle warranty can be voided is if an aftermarket part has been installed and it can be proven that it is responsible for an emission warranty claim. However, a vehicle manufacturer or dealership cannot void a warranty simply because an an aftermarket equipment has been installed on a vehicle.
