installing Piaa 2100 xt driving lights

On a 2003 CL-S. Want to remove phony air duct and install recently purchased Piaas, Need to know once I remove phony air duct will there be something solid to bolt my new lights to. I can fabricate some kind of mount if necessary but I'm hoping somebody has done it before and can give me the skinny.

i have the same fog lights on my TL. I cut out the fake foglight hole and fabricated a metal bracket from misc parts from Home Depot and secured it onto the bumper.

I just mounted mine on the plastic insert. Seemed sturdy enough
