Im hurting my babys feelings :(

oh man im now in the market for a new car....i love my CL to death but me and my parents are thinking about selling it while its till worth something. and before i hit 100k .Plus gas milage is killing me. the money im dishing for fuel is killing me and my family.

im trying to break even in this deal, but there is just no cars out on the market that fit my needs, or wants. im lookin to downgrade to a 4cylinder, but i need a stick. i so tired of an auto.

ive been looking for a good priced S2k, or a TSX, maybe even a WRX. but nothing is near what i need.

god do i want a 350Z, or a 6speed CL....most of all a supra, yeah right.

i think i can get 12,500 for my CL, its in great condition. but just not practical anymore for me.

anybody else feelin me here?

I sold mine with 75K on the clock cause I figured 80K sounds like too much (to a buyer of course). I would go ahead and sell it and get something more reliable. After all, you are driving a ticking time bomb.

i thought my cl got pretty good gas milage. averages 28 mpg mixed driving. and i have pulled well over 500 miles on a tank on the interstate. although, i am tired of the autotragic. i'm thinking of upgrading to an m35 or g35 4 door sixo speeda.

i don't see why cl isn't practical. i run a business and it's got plenty of trunk space and the gas mileage is pretty damn good. i had a trans am before so this is a big improvement. it's not driving like a speedracer that helps in that dept. i guess you could get a 98 integra and still stay in the family.

For a sporty V6, I think I get pretty good gas mileage.

I like the TSX, but to be honest with you, I didn't really get much better mileage with the TSX than the CL. And I had one for a good week to test out. I got about 28 mpg where I would normally get about 25 to 26 with the CL. Not that much of an improvement IMO. How about an RSX?

Shop a 6MT CLS6. I've seen many on autotrader under $15k. unless you get a compact economy car, I don't think selling the 01 CLS makes sense for gas mileage issues. Mostly I'd sell because of the auto tranny issue.

the reason im getting rid of it is because my warranty is done in 12,000 miles, and im not beat for paying for a tranny replacement when it goes after that

ok ok, yes this car isnt horrible on gas but compared to my old integra, there is no comparison. plus once i hit 100k miles its not going to be worth a darn. and the threat of sheddin a grand or whatever for a new tranny, isnt puttin a smile on my face.

if i could find a 6speed under 15k, with low miles, ...in my area.then id probably be on it in a heart beat. we shipped my current CL and it was way too much.

As for the TSX, it doesnt have that good of gas milage? i just assumed it would be good with that k series.

and yes ive been looking at RSX-s but i know if i get one im going to want to boost it, and i dont want to have a car where all i want to do to it is unabtainable....but maybe ill keep this car till it dies, but i would stil like to get something for it.

I get good gas mileage. U should drive my 00 Silverado around for a few days then say ur tired of the gas mileage. I only lost 3 mpg avg getting this car compared to my Integra I had. Now I just want a 6-speed soo bad tho.

keep your eyes open.... last august i bought my 6 speed with 62,000 miles for 15K on autotrader, if you give it some time i bet you'll find something nice

but if your family is paying for gas and bitching then i think its time for a 4 cylinder
