I'm getting nitrous but...

I want to get the ZEX dry system. I did some searches but didn't really find and answers to my questions. Do you absolutely need a purge kit and a bottle warmer? What will happen if I don't get these?

How useful is a remote bottle opener? Is it safe to buy a used system? What can go wrong with buying a used nitrous kit? Am I missing anything else I need?

How hard is the install? Is this something I can do myself? Thanks guys.

you don't really need the bottle warmer or purge kit. bottle warmer may be useless in Hawaii.

i just bought a used kit and will be installing it myself. the kit is in awesome shape and i knew the seller. but i see how buying one off ebay could be risky.

you can go w/o them. Easy enough to do yourself...but if you've never done it before...get it done professionally. And i wouldn't take a chance w/ used shit...good luck

You won't need the bottle warmer in HW. The purge kit is really a lot of fun based on how you run your plumbing. But again not a need. You will need to buy a Blow-off dump if you plan on running at a track, it is a requirement. Besides if your seal or a valve goes, you don't want all the n2o going to the engine. Instead mine just dumps out right behind/below the rear bumper.
